What materials does T8 use in its products?

We use only the finest materials, and all our leather is premium vegetable-tanned Italian leather that is hand-dyed using environmentally friendly dyes.  We use non-toxic water-based glue and comply with ISO 9001:2008 standards.


How should I take care of my T8 leather products?

Please protect your T8 product from water and wipe it clean with a damp soft rag if necessary.  When in use, the leather will develop a natural patina and may stretch slightly over time.  This will not affect the snug fit for your iPhone 4 or 4S.

 

How will my product look over time?

Leather is a natural product that can have slight variations in color.  When in use, your case will develop a natural patina.  Our products are of the highest quality and should only get more beautiful when used.

 

Will my products look exactly as I can see them on the screen?

There will always be color variations between different monitors. The color that you see on your monitor may vary slightly from the actual product.  Rest assured our products always look better in real life.

 

Can my small children play with my T8 products?

No, none of our products are toys, so please keep them away from children.  Please also keep kids away from the packaging.

 

How do I order from T8?

We currently sell our products exclusively through our online shop. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.

 

How much does shipping cost?
For most products we charge a flat rate shipping price, and this price depends on what you order.    

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes!

 

How much is international shipping?
International orders will be charged depending on the country they are shipped to.  Please note that any additional duties, taxes, fees or VAT are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

 

What is your return policy?
Unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. All sale items are final.

 

How do I make a return?
Unless an error was made on our part, the cost of shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer. All returns must include an original copy of the receipt along with the return.

 

If you would like to exchange or return your purchase please contact Customer Service on info@t8cases.com and we will guide you through the Return/Exchange procedures.

 

Can I track my order?
Yes.  We will notify you via email when your order is shipped and provide you with a tracking number.

 

T8 is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address.

 

It looks like my order has gone missing in the mail, what now?

We send all orders as registered mail with a track & trace number.  We use a third party postal provider and very rarely have we experienced an order has gone missing in the mail.  

If your order goes missing in the mail, we will first launch an investigation with our postal provider.  If that investigation doesn’t locate your order, we will re-send your order.  We will ship the replacement order with the same kind of shipping as the original order.

What information do you collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, shipping address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do you protect my information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.

 

Do you use cookies?
