Please note that color variations occur in all monitors. The color that you see on your monitor may vary slightly from the actual product.  Leather is a natural product and will have slight variations in the color.  When in use, your case will develop a natural patina.

Do use your T8 wallet as intended and don’t overfill.  Leather is a natural material and may stretch slightly over time.  This will not affect the snug fit for your iPhone 4/4S or 5/5S.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES


We hope you will love your T8 product, but if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return new, unused, and re-sellable items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.  Items must be returned in similar packaging to protect it during shipping.

Unless we made an error with your order, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of you, the customer.  All returns must include an original copy of the receipt or packing slip along with the returned items. 

If your order cannot be delivered due to an insufficient address given by you, and is returned to us, the cost of additional shipping is the responsibility of you, the customer.

If you would like to exchange or return your purchase, please contact Customer Service on info@t8cases.com and we will guide you through the Return/Exchange procedures.

All 'sale' item purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

IF YOUR ORDER HAS GONE MISSING IN THE MAIL

We send all orders as registered mail with a track & trace number.  We use a third party postal provider and very rarely have we experienced an order has gone missing in the mail.  

If your order goes missing in the mail, we will first launch an investigation with our postal provider.  If that investigation doesn’t locate your order, we will re-send your order.  We will ship the replacement order with the same kind of shipping as the original order.
