SIX-MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
This Six-Months Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in T8’s manufactured Products.  T8 does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, laundering, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear. If the defective product is not repairable and an identical product is not available, we will replace it with a functionally equivalent new product.


HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LASTS
This Warranty lasts for six-months since the day of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service and should be retained.  A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt or bill of sale, with the model of the product and the date of purchase stated.

After your claim was approved you will be asked to send the damaged product shipping prepaid, (you pay to ship the item to us; we pay to ship the item back to you) directly to us.

 

In no event shall T8 be liable for incidental, special, direct, indirect or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, loss of credit cards or other items kept in our products.
